Paul is a founding partner of Davis Bucco. With more than 30 years of experience as a civil lawyer, Paul has focused his expertise on construction and general commercial litigation. He has represented all construction industry participants, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material and equipment suppliers, architects, engineers and sureties. Paul has substantial experience in the construction and commercial arbitration process as an attorney, arbitrator and mediator. He also has extensive experience as a Master in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County for municipal construction industry matters.
Paul has served as a solicitor to the Associated Builders and Contractors, Pennsylvania Concrete Masonry Association, Office of Housing and Community Development Delaware County (commercial and residential divisions), Resilient Flooring Association and Concrete Cutting Association.
Paul is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Association, Delaware County Bar Association Eastern PA Chapter and the Montgomery County Bar Association.

Dave is a partner of Davis Bucco Makara & Dorsey, having joined the firm in 2006. Dave has practiced in Pennsylvania since 1996, primarily representing clients in business litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Dave worked with a general practice firm in Luzerne County, PA where, in addition to handling commercial litigation matters, he represented parties in civil litigation. Dave thereafter worked with a Philadelphia defense firm, where he practiced in the Architects, Engineers and Contractors Liability Department.

John is a partner of Davis Bucco Makara & Dorsey, with nearly twenty years of litigation and transactional experience in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts. John, in addition to construction litigation and transactional experience, has a background in zoning and land use as both a former public official and attorney. He has also represented clients on corporate formation and operation matters, including entities providing medical and other professional services.

Mark represents clients in a broad variety of legal matters wit a focus on commercial litigation, construction contract and delay damage claims, construction and design defects, professional malpractice claims, construction site injuries, debt collection and lien enforcement and many other areas. Pete focuses on complex litigation matters including construction law and corporate shareholder disputes. He also has extensive experience in high-value commercial real estate transactions and development. Before joining the team, Pete was a member of a general litigation firm serving Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Bucks Counties. He also served as Associate General Counsel for a major commercial real estate firm located in Delaware County.

Paul practices in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial real estate, construction law, debt collection, and many others. Paul has an extensive background in complex litigation and real estate matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Paul focused his practice on representing lenders and financial institutions in loan default actions, loan restructuring and workouts, residential and commercial foreclosure actions, and defending consumer claims brought under RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, Consumer Fraud Statutes, and other federal and state consumer protection statutes. Paul also represented the rights of financial institutions in bankruptcy cases filed under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 and in adversary proceedings.
