Zach joined Davis Bucco in 2015 and brings to the firm his prior civil litigation experience. He handles a wide variety of commercial matters, but maintains a concentration on construction cases. Zach represents property owners, developers, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in all matters relating to the construction industry. He takes a strategic and pragmatic approach to help clients avoid disputes and develop effective solutions when disputes arise.
In addition to litigation services Zach also provides clients with basic transactional services. This work includes, among other things, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, financing agreements, and real estate sales and lease agreements.
Zach earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2009. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2006 with a major in political science and a minor in economics.
Zach is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. He is a member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
