William D. Oleckna

Will is a zealous and aggressive advocate, who utilizes his experience from all perspectives of litigation to develop practical plans and creative solutions in the best interests of his clients. Prior to joining Davis Bucco as a litigation associate, Will gained years of experience practicing civil litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In addition, he clerked for Judge Lane in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and worked for the Philadelphia District Attorney in the Special Investigations Unit.

Will initiates and defends actions on behalf of corporations, financial institutions, and individuals. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, business torts, real estate, and construction law. He advises clients on various issues including corporate formalities, business management, and contract drafting; where he provides counseling to clients regarding risk identification and mitigation.

Will earned his law degree from Rutgers School of Law and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola College. In addition, Will is an alumni of Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School and Waldron Mercy Academy. Will is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In his free time, Will enjoys watching and playing sports, cooking, traveling, and community service. Will is a member of the American, Philadelphia, and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
